This role is responsible for the design and supply of high quality graphics for aircraft Exteriors and Interiors including professional paint mask and custom vinyl livery kits, mandatory markings, unique decals and stencils.

Duties will include reproducing any design or graphic from drawings or photographs along with provisions for EASA Approved Engineering orders for installation of customised markings which can shipped globally. This positions is located at Dublin Airport.

We have a dedicated Graphics solution team based at Dublin Airport, and customers can rely on cutting edge technology to provide Exterior and Interior decals and designs to satisfy even the most complex designs. Our Graphics Team can reproduce any design or graphic from drawings or photographs along with provisions for EASA Approved Engineering orders for installation of customized markings which can be shipped globally."

Requirements:

Applications for this position should have the following requirements.

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Good working knowledge of Gerber Omega Use of plotters, laminators and Gerber edge printers

  • Experience in using vinyl, sign mask and Lex edge

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and advantage but not essential

  • Good computer skills

Responsibilities

·         Setting up of airlines liveries based on customer supplied drawings

·         Setting up exterior technical markings based on customer supplied aircraft manuals

·         Setting up of interior kits and working with engineers to produce high quality placards

·         Manufacture of livery and technical marking kits using plotters and Gerber printers

·         Working with large format laminators and printers to produce airline liveries

·         Organize shipping of kits to our European, Singapore hangars and 3rd party customers

·         Communicating effectively with the sales team, production managers and engineers

·         Working to very tight deadlines and being flexible with your time

·         Being very aware of detail and the quality of kits being manufactured
